NOROCEL MD — TERMS AND RULES OF ENTRY 1. Eligibility Entry is for people aged 18 or over who meet the competition conditions. Only one account per person is permitted, whether signing in with email or Google. Names, contact details and addresses must be genuine. Using another person's identity is prohibited. Members of the same family may hold their own accounts; sharing an address alone does not prove duplicate accounts. 2. Acceptance When creating an account, users must read and explicitly accept these terms, confirm they are at least 18 and confirm the one-account rule. Acceptance means agreeing to follow the general rules and the published conditions of each competition entered. Google sign-in does not replace acceptance. The accepted version, language and date are recorded. Acceptance does not waive mandatory statutory rights. 3. Competitions and tickets Each competition displays its prize, ticket price or free-entry status, maximum ticket count and closing date or condition. Entries close at the announced time or when all tickets are issued, according to the published condition. Adding tickets to the basket neither reserves them nor constitutes entry. Paid entries are confirmed only after payment confirmation and ticket numbers being issued in the account. Later price reductions apply to future orders and do not change confirmed tickets. 4. Crypto payments Paid entries use the cryptocurrency and network specified for the order. Before transferring, check the amount, currency, network and recipient address. The MDL value, crypto amount, exchange rate, validity of the instructions and any fees are communicated before payment. A screenshot or initiating a transfer does not confirm payment. Transfers to the wrong address or network may be irrecoverable. Never share your wallet password, private key or recovery phrase. 5. Prize amount and 20% commission For a variable-prize competition, if confirmed receipts are below the announced full prize amount, the draw awards the amount collected minus the organiser's 20% commission. The winner receives 80% of that competition's eligible receipts. Example: receipts of MDL 50,000 produce a prize of MDL 40,000 and an organiser commission of MDL 10,000. If receipts reach the announced full prize amount, that full prize is awarded. Eligible receipts include only confirmed payments for that competition; unpaid, cancelled and refunded orders are excluded. No other hidden costs are deducted from the base used to calculate the 80% prize. This rule applies to prizes declared variable before entry. A prize expressly marked guaranteed is awarded in full regardless of sales. Free competitions have the announced guaranteed prize. Goods and cash alternatives follow the options published in the competition listing. The calculation rule does not change the announced closing date or condition. 6. Draw and result The draw is random and broadcast live, using valid issued tickets belonging to eligible entrants in that competition. Unsold or unissued numbers are excluded. No tickets are added after entries close. The announcement and broadcast link are published on the website. The result is recorded; the verified winner's first name, last name and locality are published in the Winners section. Identity documents, full addresses, telephone numbers and emails are not published. Errors or justified invalidations are documented; draws may not be repeated to favour a particular person. 7. Fair play and duplicate accounts Multiple accounts belonging to one person, false identities, forged payment evidence, exploiting errors, manipulating entries and automation used to bypass competition limits are prohibited. Suspected breaches may lead to suspension of the account and prize payment pending checks. The user is given the reason and an opportunity to explain. A confirmed breach may result in blocking the accounts involved and invalidating affected entries. If a winning result is justifiably invalidated, a new draw may be held among the remaining eligible tickets, with a public explanation that does not disclose sensitive information. 8. Verification and prize delivery To receive a prize, the winner must present a valid identity document. The name, age and one-account-per-person rule are checked. Do not publish the document in a group or comments. Cash prizes are transferred manually after verification to the wallet address supplied by the winner and confirmed for the agreed currency and network. The claim deadline and payment timeframe are stated in the competition conditions before entry. No separate fee to “unlock the prize” is required. 9. Free competitions and Telegram For a competition marked free, the entrant creates and completes an account, verifies their email and clicks the free-entry button. Creating an account alone does not automatically enter a competition. Each person may receive at most one free ticket in the same competition. The official Telegram group and operator will be identified by links published on the website once added. Until then, these terms do not designate any Telegram account or group as official. Joining a group does not replace competition entry or automatically grant tickets. 10. Changes, cancellations and enquiries Essential conditions are not changed retrospectively to the detriment of confirmed entries. If a competition is cancelled, entrants are notified and confirmed payments are refunded according to the procedure communicated for that competition; the 20% variable-prize commission is not automatically deducted from refunds. Keep your order number and transfer evidence and use the official contacts published on the website for enquiries. New terms require explicit acceptance before a new entry; previous acceptances remain recorded. Competition news and offers Norocel MD may use the email address and phone number provided in the profile to send marketing materials about new competitions, free entries, offers and reduced prices by email and SMS, subject to applicable law. Messages may be sent manually or automatically. Accepting these terms acknowledges this notice. Users may ask to stop marketing messages at any time through their account settings or the unsubscribe method provided by the sender. Refusing marketing messages does not cancel the account or valid tickets. Necessary communications about accounts, orders, tickets and prizes are separate from marketing messages.
